processive verb

this is a term used in Korean linguistics to refer to verbs that describe an action or process. This basically corresponds to what are simply referred to just as ‘verbs’ in English and other languages. Korean requires the addition of ‘processive’ to distinguish processive verbs from descriptive verbs.
